Operation, fees and prices
- The price includes: accommodation, parking, energy consumption, bed linen, towels, and recreational and spa fees.
- Additional payments: a refundable deposit of 4,000 CZK (refundable if the apartment is handed over without damage at departure).
- Reservation and payment method: a reservation deposit of 30% of the total stay price, payable within 5 days of booking (payment by bank transfer). After booking, the guest will receive payment details by email (account number, variable symbol, etc.). The deposit becomes non-refundable if the reservation is canceled 5 days or less before the start of the stay.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (may be adjusted by prior arrangement).
Check-out: 10:00 AM (may be adjusted by prior arrangement).Cena zahrnuje: ubytování, parkování, spotřebu energií, lůžkoviny, ručníky, rekreační a lázeňský poplatek. - Platby navíc: kauce ve výši 4 000,-Kč (vratná, pokud v době odjezdu bude apartmán předán bez závad).
- Rezervace a způsob úhrady: rezervační záloha ve výši 30% z ceny pobytu, splatná do 5 dnů od provedení rezervace (úhrada bankovním převodem). Po provedení rezervace přijdou ubytovanému na email platební údaje (číslo b. účtu, variabilní symbol aj.). Záloha se stává nevratnou v případě zrušení ubytování 5 dnů a méně před zahájením pobytu.
- Check-in: 15:00-18:00 (možná změna dle domluvy předem).
- Check-out: 10:00 (možná změna dle domluvy předem).
