The smaller apartment (50 m²) is suitable for a couple or a family with one or at most two small preschool children. It has its own hallway and entrance to the garden. The room (25 m²) features a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattresses, a new German kitchen unit including cookware and appliances (two-plate ceramic stove, built-in refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), a dining area with a pull-out sofa, Wi-Fi, and O2 TV. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower, a garden seating area, and an indoor sauna.

The larger apartment (120 m²) is located on the raised ground floor and has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable box spring double bed, the second bedroom has two comfortable 140 cm wide beds, and the living room includes a large leather pull-out sofa, a fireplace, and a TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The apartment also has a long balcony that wraps around two sides of the building, furnished with its own seating area. Inside the apartment, there are three wardrobes, and the hallway offers storage space for skis or bicycles.
